New Years Day

We just LOVE when Greg doesn't have to work!! New Years Day was SO fun! Lots of great family time. Lunch at Togo's and then park time!

New Years Eve

New Years Eve was so fun this year. Jeff and Michelle invited us over and we did fireworks with the kids before bedtime and then had a fun "trivia game night" with friends.

We had our own family olympics with the kids at our house in the afternoon.

Emma did the score board.

The trivia game group.

Swimming with Santa

Swimming with Santa at the Kiwanis Rec Center.

Such a cute activity to say "thank you" to Santa after Christmas and have a December dip in the pool. The kids look forward to it every year.

The serve cookies and milk.  And the kids have a BLAST.

Christmas Morning!

Christmas morning!!!! YEAH!!

No, this excited face was not about her biggest and most amazing gift… it was about "fruit by the foot" in her stocking.  haha.  Wish I would have known this is all she needed for a great Christmas. :)

Grant taking a turn with Emma's piano.

Love having a fire in the fireplace on Christmas!  Even though it was 65 that day!  haha.

Having fun in Emma's new tent!

Enjoying his airplane from Grandma Krebs.

The last few years an elf has accidentally left a present hidden in the house for the kids to find later in the day.

Christmas Eve

When we got home from the North Pole Experience it was time for dinner (grabbed a pizza on the way home) and opening of the Christmas pajamas and reading from Luke 2.

When I was a little kid, we always had a slumber party in my bedroom with all the siblings on Christmas Eve.  I was SO excited because Grant was finally old enough to sleep in Emma's bedroom.  They had a great time.  Emma fell asleep immediately and Grant talked for an hour.

The loot from Santa...

The note from Santa.

We even caught Santa in the act this year!!   :)
