Emma's First Day of First Grade!!!

Mrs. Kaufman is her teacher. She was so excited!! But when I walked her to the playground she got overwhelmed with all the kids and started to cry when her teacher came to get them. Luckily, another teacher put her arm around Emma and guided her safely into the building. She said she was fine by the time she got to the classroom.

Jennifer Garrett came into town for some medical procedures and Caryn Rasmussen came to spend time with her.  I got to stop by the hospital and we had such a wonderful chat!

Summer Fun at the Cabin

We enjoyed another great week at the cabin while Greg was in Colorado at a work conference.  Toward the weekend, Jamie and Gina and kids also joined us.  We just LOVE going to the cabin during the summer.  So grateful to Grandpa Hancock and his generosity in letting us stay.

YEAH!!!  So happy to have our cousins up with us!!

4tf of July with The Andersens

We spent a wonderful 4th of July holiday up at the cabin with the Andersen Family.

It was really so perfect. The weather was great, the kids got along so well and Heber's 4th of July parade and fireworks were AWESOME.

This picture here is of the group of us SOAKING WET.  We walked over to Patrick's Pond and on the way home we got DUMPED with rain and HAIL.  It was crazy but pretty funny.  Grant asked for weeks if there was going to be a thunderstorm coming anytime we left the house.  haha.  He didn't want to get stuck again.

Emma and Izzy played so well together all weekend.  Here they are painting the fort! :)
