Emma had quite a week:
- She had a REAL photo shoot with my good friend/neighbor/ward member Bonnie. I think they turned out FANTASTIC! Thank you Bonnie!
- She had her diaper bag stolen out of her mother's car. Yes, it was unlocked. But darn dishonest people! Her grandma Krebs had it embroidered with her name and everything! Hope the thief can get lots and lots of money at the pawn shop for diapers, wipes, and pacifiers. Dumby.
- She went to church for the first time. She cried through sacrament, ate through the talks, was lulled to sleep through Sunday School, and slept through RS. All in all - not too bad. But for the record - I'd like to ask if the church is really true when you have children who need to nap in their own bed? :)
- She went to her first bday party for her cousin Taytum (age 2). Our camera batteries died, so we don't have any proof of this celebration. But, she had so much fun she fell asleep half way through. I think her milk was spiked.
- Her parents were able to go out for the first time together WITHOUT her. Sure, it was only to pick out a kitchen table. But your qualifications for a hot date significantly decrease when a newborn comes to town. Thank you to Aunt Laura who made this date possible.
- For the last 4 nights she has slept 6 hour stretches. Her mom knows this may not last, but has been VERY grateful for the sleep this week!
- She went on her first shopping spree to the Target clearance rack. She didn't have any money, but her mom let her borrow a few bucks. OK OK, her mom doesn't have any money anymore, but her dad let her mom have a few bucks to lend to her.

Just wait until she's 17 months, so she's not in nursery quite yet, desperately needs a nap, and you have 1:00 church. THEN you can ask if the church is true for families with young kids. Ü

What a beautiful baby!!! And I agree with you, it is a hot date to pick out new furniture!
Aren't my wife and baby GORGEOUS!!
Who made Emma's bow? I may be able to make lots of things but bows aren't my forte!
I can't remember if the church is true or not--I haven't heard much of anything the last five years. And when I am nursing in the mother's lounge I am usually dozing. Even now. I LOVE the pic of you two girls! You are gorgeous, I agree with Greg!
It sounds like she had a busy week! Sorry about the diaper bag...what a bummer.
I have to agree with Laura, church gets even harder when they are right before the nursery stage. That is where the twins are right now.
I love the pictures! She is so cute! I love her cheeks!
Tracy Krebs!!! How funny that I tripped on your blog this morning! I haven't seen you in years - you look great and your family is darling!!
Tammy, You were so right-the pictures turned out awesome. I hope that you can schedule your friend for the blessing:)BTW-Good work on keeping the blog updated. We love being able to see Emma so Much!
I agree with Laura's first comment.:) I love the pictures! What a beautiful girl!
Wow Tammy~ I can't believe how much she changes every time!! Her little cheeks are so dang cute. I can't wait to HOLD her on Sunday. :) I'm sad I missed out on her debut!!
Beautiful table, you guys! Congrats on all of these wonderful changes in your lives.
Ummm. . . Tammy, Just because you did not like the color of the diaper bag Mom got you, you did not have to stage a fake theft. Next time just tell us. We are all adults here.
The pictures are delicious. Can't wait to see her in person.
Love, Dad
Holy crap, I love that chubby baby face! Can't wait to see her live... Tracy? What was that about? She hasn't seen you in years and she doesn't actually know your name. I think she meant Trixxie. :)
Hey I'm all about the date that involves picking out new furniture. Gosh, Emma is sure cute & hopefully we get to meet her sooner than later! I can't believe your diaper bag got stolen. Who does that?
Thanks for stopping by our little blog! I have one of my own too... missnoeitall.typepad.com. Your baby girl is ADORABLE!! I remember all those little milestones and how exciting they were... and it just keeps on getting better!! Good to hear from you!
Those little cheeks are to die for! I bet you can't place enough kisses on them in one day.
she's getting so big! i can't believe it! adorable!
i'm glad to see that both new children are doing well. i will be expecting quality time with both in april. i expect to feed one a bottle and to have the other feed me, if you know what i mean!
xoxo
Oh she is beautiful!! This is so much fun! I love all your comments on my blog. I am trying to figure out google reader so I can keep better track of these sweet blogs! How fun that we're all having babies (and girl babies at that!) together!
Oh Happy Day!
She is lovely and she looks like tammy. So I hope you don't mind if I practice my creative skills on your daughter. I am going to attempt to make a burp cloth with her name on it. So I hope it turns out ok.
What beautiful pictures tammy! Emma looks aboslutely adorable. The photo shoot definately turned out successful. And to reiterate what others have said, church is SO hard with a little one, and I'm sure it keeps getting harder with more. We have 8:00 church and Beck doesn't usually wake up for the morning till 9:00. It's horrible to have to wake a sleeping baby!! I just have to keep reminding myself, we're being blessed. . . even if we can't see it right now :)
