Rob Gardner has been participating in a movie competition through Amazon Studios. He submitted 12 princesses and won the monthly competition in August, which made him eligible for the year competition and ONE MILLION DOLLARS.
On Tuesday, Amazon Studios was calling with the results between 2pm - 4pm.
So... we threw a party. A results party!
Everyone arrived at 1:45pm - just in case Amazon Studios called right at 2:00pm. And then we waited...
and waited...
and waited...
and waited...
Until at 3:51 Rob's phone rang and it was Amazon Studios, with WONDERFUL news! Rob won the competition! He was the WINNER!! It was so exciting!
He will now have the chance to possibly meet with Warner Brothers about producing the movie. And hopefully the chance of seeing his movie on the big screen.
He worked so hard on this project, it is so great to see it all pay off!
