We are renting her violin from Andrew's Fine Violins and she had her first lesson with Mrs. Sarah Hartman at the beginning of January. Sarah was in our ward in Tempe and we LOVE LOVE LOVE her. She is so talented and so great with Emma. I feel very blessed to have found her.
Emma is THRILLED beyond words to begin playing and I am happy to report that she has now been playing for 2 months and we still have not had battles over practicing. I consider this a small miracle in our family, but I'm sure these wars will rage soon. For the time being I am enjoying the tranquility of her excitement for the instrument.
Here's to many more years of playing the violin! (Hoping for a college scholarship)
